What exactly are you looking for in that standard. Their are a few but some are for drier patterns and others are for medium/heavy. There's a big gap in between.

Can't remember specifically, but I believe my MoRich MoJave fits in there.  It's PK17 with a big core.  I could be wrong.

All of the urethane balls out there right now - Natural, Natural Pearl, Karma, U2 Classic - fit that description. The ones I find stranger are the ones with super weak cores and strong covers. My Hammer Razyr is one of the goofiest balls I've ever thrown!

I have the C300 Scout.  Weak Core, strong cover for dry lanes.  Never bowled well with it.

I would say any high-end ball from say 7-8 years ago (and even more recent) and older fits this catagory. I still use a 12 year old V2 and an 11 year old Trauma ER a lot. Both flare a ton but have coverstocks that are several generations removed from today's covers. In otherwords, go to your closet and pull something out.

Two that I have that fit this desciption are the Seismic Desperado..."weak" pearl urethane coverstock with  a significant .011 mass bias core....or if you are looking for something to go a bit longer down the lane before doing it's thing, the  Visionary Gladiator Le would be an excellent choice( I love mine).

I was going to say the Taboo Spare also.  That ball has of course the plastic cover with the Gas Mask core.

One other option I can think of is the Lane #1 Blood Diamond.  Here it is- clear plastic cover with a max RG of 2.666 and a diff of 0.12.
