Bowlers
« on: December 30, 2002, 10:20:01 PM »
We are losing bowlers fast enough, I want all BR to be extremely careful over the rest of the holidays.  Matter of fact, everyone post here on the afternoon of the 1st so I can make sure everyone is ok.

Happy holidays

I've found that the RESET button is the easiest way to knock down ten pins.

Well, we're all here, and so far we're safe. New Years Day is my least favorite day of the year, so I've got 13 hours left and counting...

Woke up at 6 AM, and the roads were wet. Went back to sleep, woke up again at 10:15 (enjoying a really rare lazy day), and there's 3-4 inches of snow on the ground. I live in the Portland Oregon area - we don't usually get snow, and we've had it for 3 days now.

I haven't thrown a bowling ball since 12/21, and I'm getting increasingly anxious about bowling a tournament this weekend. I haven't decided yet.

I survived the night. We had our bowling partners over for a crab dinner. Lounged around all evening. No one should have had a big head this morning.

Read mumzie's post. 3 or 4 inches of snow! I had that in about an hour this morning, on top of the 16 inches we had during the week. Portland rolls up the sidewalks if they get over an inch of snow. People there drive like a bunch of idiots.

Mumzie not included.
