Am trying to get a storm frantic but the only website I've seen that has these in a 16 pound is bowlersdream.com. just wondering if any of you have ordered from this company and was it a positive experience. I'm just hesitant to order from a website that does not have their phone number on it. any replies will be helpful thanks.

They've been around for over 10 years, you won't have any problem.
I can tell you from experience the reason no phone number is listed is because if you list a phone number then you have to answer it. Every time you get into something the phone rings. You don't do enough business to hire someone to just answer the phone, so you just don't list a number. Emails you can do at your convenience. So if you check and answer emails every 3 or 4 hours you can keep everyone happy vs. as soon as someone has to leave a message on a phone they are unhappy.

I haven't been happy with bowling.com or bowlerspardise.com in the past which is why I don't order from them anymore.

Yeah i usually order from buddies, bowlingball, bowlerx and cheapbowlingball.com and never have any issues. Well with that being said i pulled the trigger and ordered it cause i dont feel like paying $200 for it on ebay. They also have a $5 off promo code too so thats cool. Ill let you know dozer how it works out.

CheapBowlingBalls.com is a place I have ordered from many times over the years with no issues whatsoever. They also do have a phone number listed and do answer the phone. It is run out of Dayton,OH.

If it is you, you should have just got an email with your tracking number that will go live as soon as it gets scanned in at the UPS hub!
If it wasn't you we have been around a long time and are just as legit as the wonderful companies named in this thread. itsallaboutme put it best as to why we don't have a phone number. We do try and answer emails as fast as possible and when everything is done via email we do have a paper trail of everything so if there is ever a he said she said kind of issue we can easily find out where things went wrong.

Bowlers Dream is a dream alright. On 02/14/2015 I ordered a Ball Revivor from them. It showed as an in stock item. As of today 5/05/2015 they still have my $194.95 and won't answer my e-mails (8 total). Their web site still shows this item on their front page and states "in stock". Don't buy from these guys.
