Bowling 300
« on: April 06, 2018, 11:37:15 PM »
Just wondering for all the folks that have shot a 300.

How many strikes in before you start thinking you can shoot 300?

I would like to say if I had the first eight I would start thinking about the possibility.

I know we should just take one shot at a time, but I tend to think too far ahead.

Funny, I’ve started with more in a row, but the only two times I’ve shot 300, for some
reason I started thinking about shooting 300 after the first four.

Thanks

I've had them when I didn't realize I had all of them until the 10th, and I've had them where you count them from frame one because it just feels right that night.  My last one was with a pitch Black after I started the night with a 148 game and shot 700 still.

A few weeks back, a woman in a league that I bowl in as a sub shot 181-122-300 for 603 without a 200 game.  That's tough to do but 700 with a 148 is impressive.
