Bowling ball line up help
« on: March 16, 2012, 01:57:39 AM »
I'm going down from 16lb to 15 lb and this is what I have.. not even sure what all of these balls do or how they compare.. I will put them in the order and description of what I think they do..
I'm looking to fill any spots or get rid of any balls and replace with ones that may fit better..

Invasion - 2000 grit.. pretty smooth.. Can't swing the lane with this..burns up early and not enough in the backend
Ransom Demand - seems pretty clean and long for a heavier oil ball.. strong aggressive backend
Game Breaker - pin in ring- pretty smooth - but earlier and more over all hook that the Ransom Demand
Benchmark -pin up -I thought this ball was supposed to be pretty smooth and controllable but right now it seems like the most angular ball I have.  I will probably get rid of this ball.
Burst -pin up.. Seems pretty versatile.. Can cover boards with this.. strong , controllable back end
Eruption -  don't have it yet but from what I have seen it should be cleaner and longer than the burst.. and more angular in the backend..
Tropical Breeze - drilled leverage.. still hardly flares.. ball is pretty strong off dry..pretty smooth though...  I actually think I want to get a ball just below this and one just above ....
Any thoughts whether this is a good idea and what to get..
Plastic for spares

what do you think? What should I get rid of? What should I get?  or how should I change the surfaces to make the balls better compliment each other..
