Title: bowling excersizes

I haven't been practicing like I normally used to when I bowl. For a while my urge to bowl diminished greatly and I was just going through the motions during league.

Now that I've got some of my fire back, I've noticed that I'd like to improve more and practice more. My ball speed is not up to par and my revs are not quite where they should be. I'd like to know what kinds of excersizes I can do to lift my back swing. I never had a big enough back swing and I feel it is a weak point in my swing. At the most, my back swing reaches to 3 o clock. I'd like to be able to get it to reach 1 o clock.

I need help in all areas and would love to know what bowlers do to keep in shape and help their game. Any help will be appreciated.
