Title: Bowling Exercise

What exercises are ya'll doing to get in shape for the season....

This year I am doing allot of shoulder exercises to make sure it doesn't hurt..

Any other suggestions

I do some shoulder raises with a sam adams.

I lift my 4 ball bag in and out of the vehicle. During the summer I rode my bike a lot to keep my legs somewhat in shape.  

I think I will start doing some more work on my "insult game" to be in shape for the rest of my league.

I have started doing some bench work to help deliver more power and speed.  Not doing that much bicep work because that normally affects my arm motion...

Would that be the Winter Ale or Boston Lager?

I'm listening to some old Andrew Dice Clay and Dennis Leary CDs.  Need to come up with some more creative ways of cussing at the pins!
