Searching for Chris Jones (Smyrna, Tennessee)...
« on: March 16, 2007, 07:42:31 AM »
Chris,

If you still read this forum, shoot me a PM and give me your new cell phone number, or give it to George so he can give it to me. I have questions about drilling equipment/training.

Jess

(to others, sorry about this -- I don't know his user ID)

That's where I used to live. Chris used to work the pro shop there for Bowlers Advantage but has moved on, last I heard.

Yeah, Michelle is really the only one i've seen there, but like I said I just moved to the area.

From what I hear.. they are trying to expand to 64 lanes. I believe they have 48 now. It's a really nice center & they have decent prices afterhours. After 11pm they will let you rent a lane for $10 for 3 hours. Usually I'll go in there & get them to let me crossbowl for the same price for an hour & a half. Very reasonable for such nice lanes IMO

They're at 52 now. They wanted to go up to 64 and then add some duckpin lanes next to those.

It's a family-run center and probably the best I've ever been in. They literally do everything right from an ownership standpoint and if everyone in the business emulated them, we wouldn't have a lot of the problems that affect the sport.

Next time you're in there, see if Candy is working the front desk. Tell her "Jess Nicholas who used to work at the newspaper" said hello. She's a great resource for leagues, tournament information and is an all-around class act.
