Ill tell you what Mo told me:
You need 2 points to make a line, but you also need a focal point. You should always follow threw and align your shoulders to that focal point. If you stand 20, and you want to throw it between the 1st and 2nd arrows, you need that to be your first point(arrows). Then where you want the ball to be down lane, say the 3 board, is your second point. Now you have a "line." The other thing, and what he said was most important is the focal point. If you want the ball on 3 at say 40 feet, your focal point(approximately 60 ft down lane) would be in the gutter. You need to focus on keeping you follow threw moving in that direction, and keep your shoulders aligned to that point as well. And for the balance, he asked me a question that pretty much sums it up. That was, do you balance better on 1 foot or 2? A very effective way to balance is to keep your trail foot down, it's much easier to stay on balance, believe me.
