Just as an update, if there is a split, the tie breaker will be decided with a one-game rolloff....

Good match so far.  Your styles are so different!  JLB seems quite controlled, while Nick seems to grip it and rip it.  I'll have to put my money on JLB right now because I expect his game is SLIGHTLY more consistent, but what do I know?  Nothing!

Nick, nice video, but I'm sorry to say, Johnny League Bowler has a much better game than you..!!

You're sideways at the line. You fall off many of your shots, twisting your foot after the ball is released. Your head jerks up at the line, your backswing is too high and you just wing the ball, muscling it thru the shot..!! Plus, you have a figure 8 backswing, thumb dropping to the inside, with your arm popping out at the height of your backswing.

Now, compare that to Johnny League Bowler. He has a nice tempo throughout his approach. Great backswing, nice and loose follow thru, body square to his target. There's no muscle in his shot with great hand position, which is steady throughout his whole release.

I don't know your point in calling your opponent Johnny League Bowler or the purpose of the video..? Are you trying to degrade average league bowlers, although Johnny isn't average in my book..?

Now, what's the point in bowling on the Cameleon Pattern..? How about bowling on a league THS..?

I know this is a fun thing and it's nice to see videos like this. So, keep the videos coming..!! =:^D

if u come with ur textbook its ok, but i ve heard of something else called "if it works for u, then it works". it was a nice match, except that jonny got a bad break in the last frame
--------------------
When a house bowler misses the mark, misses the break point and strike, for many ppl its called a wallshot. When a pro does that its call adjustment

When a house bowler gets his finger stuck in the ball and fall on the lanes, for many ppl its called lame bowler. When a pro does that its called the Machuga flop! ha i like this one

This guy on youtube posts videos of the PBA
for ppl who dont watch TV or want to save the matches this will be great!

Wow, did the lanes start to transition fast. As soon as the carry down hit JLB was pushed off of his inside line. Nick, you have a couple issues with your game but I sure don't see you muscle it like T-GOD says. Wouldn't mind you losing the figure 8 thing. I just know how hard it is to make changes to someones style. Its such a pain.

Can anyone explain JLB's hand position in his backswing to me?  I bowled with Axeweldr a couple of times, and noticed a similar hand position.

He opens his hand with a strong wrist. That's not uncommon. I do the same thing. the problem it can cause is it takes your backswing behind your back and not straight like a pendulum which makes staighter lane play harder.

Watch as his backswing hovers for about 2 steps, then he tears through the down swing as he comes to the line. It might affect his timing, resulting in the turned-in toe to regain balance after release.
