Title: Brunswick lifetime open bowling pass
Post by: Track_Fanatic on May 04, 2019, 01:00:28 PM
For any of those that were lucky enough to get a lifetime open bowling pass from Brunswick back in the late 80's, were you able to get any use from them after Brunswick sold their centers to Bowlmor?

Anyone??

Guessing probably not considering in my area they starting to migrate the Brunswick centers over to Bowleros.  Not sure they are going to keep the Brunswick brand around even.

The reason im asking is because i would think that if they took on the bowling centers and debt that they would also be required to take on those too.  From my understanding they were limited like no more than a total of 2500 cards issued issued 3 different times at 3 different prices and after the first offering, they used a lottery drawing.  I haven't been able to bowl in about 3-4 years and haven't stepped in a Brunswicl to ask. I know i got my moneys worth within the first year of use.

Yes, it works in the Brunswick centers that Bowlmor purchased.

The one person I know that has it had to write a letter to Bowlmor to get it authorized.
