can anyone provide me with information on how to make a ball spinner. i would really like one but can't afford buying one, so, maybe i can make one. if anyone's done this successfully and can give me some help, let me know.

MFortney -- Use the time you would spend on making a spinner to work a second (?) job.  Then use the money earned to buy one.  --  JohnP

Unless you can make it under 13 hours with little to no expense (assuming $15 an hour take home pay).
