Chest Muscle Strain
« on: October 06, 2018, 10:03:01 PM »
Anyone ever pull or strain their chest muscle.  Specifically the right pec area.  I bowl right and some days after bowling my pec hurts.  More on the side towards the middle of my chest.  Take muscle relaxers at times but really dont want to.  Anything I can do to help heal it?  Other than quit bowling which I dont wanna do.  Cause I love the sport.

Pectoral muscles can be a pain. They require time to heal. Best you can do would be taking a few weeks off

I was thinking the same thing; Take some time off to let yourself heal.

I have pulled my pec muscles. The definitely do take a long time to completely heal.
