Low tilt = narrow shoulders. Yes
But don't forget that axis rotation should inversely correlate to the diameter of your ankles

...and if you have Velcro fasteners instead of shoelaces, then it's something else entirely.

I use Velcro fasteners on my ball for the heavy oil patterns !
