It's nothing personal, and I don't know what it is, ....but I just don't care for him......

Maybe it is that guy Rudy Revs JR.  Remember him.  He even got his chops busted on lane1's site for slamming his home house which happens to be the house rudy revs is the pro shop guy in.

Couch is an emotional guy, funny people don't like him very much like another emotional Right-hander called PDW. They are ready to bust at the seams after every shot. Don't bust a guy up till you live in his shoes. Guys on tour are "nuts". Go watch them with a perspective of watching the emotional ups and downs and how quickly things change on a shot to shot basis. We think of bowling as our Sport, make that sport your lifes work and see metally how the game changes for you. "Superman" you don't know spank, if you did you could make a telecast."Sure, maybe in your dreams."(Wake up Cinderella)

Kudos to Couch on the win. Never count him out on long patterns.

Now that a lefty has won, how many weeks do you think it'll be before another one makes the show? Bet we don't see Scroggins on there again for a while.
Couch is an awesome player, he can't ever be accused of being boring.

From the few times I've been around Couch, I just don't like the guy.  I respect his skills, but will root against him whenever I can.  I don't consider this a bad thing for the PBA either.  I want different personalities, Heroes and Villains.  NASCAR has probably done the best marketing job on their performers by creating rivalries.  Jeff Gordon's fans adore him, while others call him gay.

I want to see Couch be as obnoxious as he can possibly be.  Some will like him, while I will cheer for whomever he bowls against.

I'm not a big Couch fan either.  While I do respect his game, and it's nice to see a lefty do something other than fluff the ball, his emotions seem way to contrived.  I wonder if PBA marketing wants him to be the "new" PDW.
