I hear ya.  In my experience they usually aren't as good though, sometimes the price isn't worth it.  Or they have weird specs like 4.25 top weight.
In the bag [Infinite Physix, Volatility Torque, Night Road, Phaze III, Burner Solid, Hustle AU]
*Now Testing* IQ Ruby, Renevant, another IQ Tour solid
Coming soon...???

this is definitely a good place to find them. I picked up an Ebonite Undefeated Fire and a Hammer Cube at their respective booths at Nats, which both were overseas balls. The Hammer Booth also had a few Black Widow Dangers, two variants of the Taboo Unlimited, and a red Cold Blood (may have been a First Blood), all which were from overseas. They'll generally list what they have in stock on their FB page (it's publicly available, so you don't have to subscribe/sign in), plus offer their phone number so you can call directly to get the ball purchased.

So Nats is definitely a good place to find deals on overseas balls; and with it to be starting this month, they should start to list what they are getting in.

Yea, Hammer has been especially good at having the overseas stuff at the Open. I'm still kicking myself for not grabbing one of the Peach Vibes when I had the chance in Reno a couple of years ago.

You can contact Killpins on here. He is in Italy and might be able to get his hands on some unique overseas balls.

I have two Motiv TZ3's that I got from him in trades, so he does have access to some unique items from time to time.

Shipping if a bit brutal but if you buy or trade a couple of balls at a time, it's much more reasonable.

Here you go.

I'm still kicking myself for not picking up the single Gas Mask Clear they had in Reno last year, though they had a fair number of Wild Bloods.
