ESPN Classics

I just got through watching the classic with Liz Johnson making the show. I dont know about anyonelse but did it not seem like Wes Malot especially tried to loose that match. When was the last time you saw anyone foul on TV much less in the tenth frame to let your opponent back in. Just my observation not taking anything away from Liz Johnson because she did not miss the pocket once that game in my opinion. Does anyone have a comment on this?

The fouls were discussed at the time of the show...fouls are not something entirely foreign to Big Wes...the problem just reappeared at a very inopportune time for him.

I recall a show where a guy needed so many pins on the last shot to wrap up the match and threw a gutter. Anything is possible.
