Ball spinner recommendations

I have been wanting one for years, and should have done this years ago. So I am going to finally pull the trigger and buy one. Ok what should I get?  I do not need a foot pedal. Also do I need 2 speeds? Lets here it. Also where should I look to buy one from for a good price?
