Light oil ball
« on: October 06, 2006, 02:39:03 PM »
I am looking for a light oil ball for myself.  I am a High Rev player with average speed and I would like something to go under my Green Pin Zone Classic.  I was looking at the storm jolts as well as tropicals and Power Groove.  All my equipment is very aggressive.  Any ideas would be greatly apprecieted.

Most people will tell you the Power Grooves are too strong unless you get the Urethane one. I really love my Tropical. Drilled weak and is highly polished. Today I was using my Strike Zone and it was burning up. Switched to my Tropical Storm and shot 222. It's a good ball if you don't let it get dull.

Of the three you mentioned, Tropical Line. Also look at the (blue) Ice, but just from your list....Tropicals.

It doesn't have to by from my list.  It could be any dry ball.

Thanks seems everyone is leaning towards the Tropical Storm.  Are the jolts like a stepup from a Tropical?

Tornado Warning will do the trick.
I got one for a house that burns out in teh first game and it really helped me.
Then in the last 2 years i have been learning old school bowling and learning how to kill the break and i am getting back to using one ball all night, lanes are conditioned well.
