Ok. I have several balls. All of these balls start tracking about a half inch away from the thumb hole. All have slightly different drills. My razor Blade and Fired up are close, with pin above and slightly to the right of ring finger. I have an old purple hammer that is drilled with pin under in between ring finger and cg basically at center grip. All of these balls start tracking about a half inch away from thumb, and then flare away.

So I picked up a jolt, and the shop drilles it with pin under ring finger with center of gravity at center grip(roughly). This ball slightly clips the thumb. Doesn't appear that I am releasing it different. The ball flares maybe an inch and a half or 2 inches, but it clips my finger hole on occasion as well. Is this a drilling issue? Since my purple hammer is drilled pin under, I wouldn't think it an issue.
