16 pound ball

what is the best way to handle  a 16 pound ball? i have a 16 pound ball and brings a lot of weight on my arm and it takes a lot out of  me after  i throw it out on the lane.

The most important thing is to have it drilled properly to fit your hand.  A bad drill can make the ball feel heavier than it is.  Second is to try a relatively free arm swing.  Let the ball and gravity do as much work for you as possible.  If it's still too much of a struggle, you need to move down in weight.

like nails said make sure its drilled properly to your hand but also if its causing problems and wearing you out drop to 15. if not you might develope problems in your wrist and arm and that is never a good thing. take it from some one who has those problems i droped to 15 and didnt see any less carry. i acutally got out of it cleaner for the fact that i was more free bc of the weight on my wrist and forearm.
