Bowling Raffle

All,

Are we permitted to do a raffle on this site? I need to sell 11 NIB balls ASAP and I figured I would do a raffle at $12 for 100 spots. Someone might not need 11 NIB balls but if you won them for $12 well you could obviously sell them for a serious profit.

Please post if this is a good or bad idea... Thanks!

Prior experience indicated you CAN NOT use PAY PAL to collect money for a raffle ..

They used to do them all the time.  They were fun because I won a few :)
