Ball for Junior Gold
« on: April 12, 2007, 05:53:39 AM »
I'm going ot Junior Gold this year in Buffalo. I brought a Morich Total Shock and Awe last year for the heavy oil pattern. I am wondering if I should get another Total Show and Awe or get a Black Widow, No Mercy, Seek and Destroy, or an Awesome Revs for the heavy oil pattern.

If you already have a TSA, why do you need another heavy oil ball?  If you didn't like it last year, there would be no point to getting another.  If you didn't like it, I'd go with the Awesome Hook over the other balls you have listed for heavy oil.  If you did like how the ball reacted last year, why do you need another?

Rymac, what does "nething" mean?

uh, they change the patterns every year? just because one ball didnt work on a particular pattern last year doesnt mean it wont this year.

are the .pdf files up on bowl.com yet, the ones with each pattern for this years JOG?

not evidently... yes they might change the volume of oil, but there is still always the short medium and long patterns..

I didn't hate my Total Show and Awe. It is one of the best balls I have thrown. I have had it for 2 years now and I want to get a new dull ball for Jr. Gold. I was just wondering how the others would be on a heavy oil condition versus the Total Shock and Awe.

How ya doing Chris. You doing any more NEJSTs or you moving up.
