For those of you who have either have thrown them, compared them side by side, which one would handle a medium condition more? I have the Freakshow, and it's reads a little earlier/ sharper/ continues on the back, as the Fanatic clears a little more, with a more gradual arc.
Would the two with different layout/surfaces justify having both in the bag, or would it be a little overlap? Thanks in advance.

Wow, no one can give me a comparison of these 2 balls with all the knowledge you all have? :-\

I have the Freakshow, but haven't thrown a Fanatic. So it is hard for me to say on personal experience. But, I will try and help... I have drilled several Fanatics and Freakshows. From what I see, the Freakshow seems to be a hair earlier and quicker off the friction. The Fanatic is a touch longer and a little less angular at the breakpoint. If you added a Fanatic with a different drilling and surface, the answer is yes. I'm sure you would see enough of a difference to add it to your bag. But I would ask you this... Are you, at that point, making the Fanatic into a ball that may already be in the Brunswick/DV8/Radical line? Possibly looking for something weaker? Smoother? Would that possibly fall into the Fanatic BTU category? Or if you are looking longer than the Freakshow, could that mean you may have a need for a Rhino?

Tommymo, you answered my question on the nail.... I thought they would overlap if drilled similar, so yes I can use a even smoother entry level piece like the rhini, it the Fanatic.
Thanks for your imput.
