pin in the track
« on: January 03, 2006, 04:56:36 AM »
i am a very high rev bowler and my pro shop had been watching me bowl and he has came to this to take a ebonite junngle green that i am plugging and put the pin in my track. i was woundering  what is the benifit  of doing this  i have. my house is oiled out to 42 feet and anything out side 10 is dry i play  18 board to about 8 but 1/2 of the time my ball don't get in a roll  and when i slow it down it scerws me all up so the pro shop wants me to try  this set up  of putting the pin in my track  i was woundring if any of you have done this and what it will do to a ball that hooks as much as the jungle green.

full roller layout if the pin is in the thumb quadrant.
will be the smoothest, dry board ignoring ball you got.
may lack hitting power without enough revs, judging by your description, it shouldnt be a problem.
