Linds Shoe Company

Is it just me? Do the sales reps at Linds shoes have any bowling knowledge or are they just sales reps answering a phone. The individual that I have dealt with the past year I had to repeat myself like a broken record to get him to understand what products I wanted to order. Does not surprise me he is no longer working there. Individual today was same way, plus she could not get my name right. Anyone else having issues with ordering from Linds or just me?

We don't deal with Linds at all unless someone orders a pair, and they never do, so I wouldn't know.
What would you be if you were attached to another object by an inclined plane, wrapped helically around an axis?

It's somebody sitting in an office answering the phone for probably barely more than minimum wage.  It's a plus when they show up everyday.  You asking a little much for them to know anything about bowling, except they may have broken 100 once.  If they last long enough they will begin to learn about the products they are taking orders for.  No I don't work for Linds but it's the same for everybody.
