I'll give you the same advice that is working for me on dry lanes. First, take a medium oil ball (I chose and Original Inferno), put the pin 1" up from grip center and about 6" away from the PAP, the ball gets into the roll early enough with the pin low but doesn't move very much at all. I have my Original Inferno sanded actually and I play very close to the pocket, ball revs up to have enough energy at the pin deck and since the pin is so far away, the ball doesn't turn the corner that much.
