Does anyone know if you change anything pitches, span , etc wen u drill a ball from using inserts going into no inserts ???

The driller has to place the pilot hole for the grips such that the gripping edge of the grip is at the full span distance. If the grips have forward pitch he should offset that by using an equivalent amount of reverse pitch on the pilot holes. -- JohnP

JohnP is correct. The short answer is yes. If you use inserts on the pitch side, then the driller has to adjust the fingers to the 1/8 in pitch in the inserts. The driller will also have to compensate the span for the thickness of the wall of the insert.

When going from inserts to no inserts you have to compensate for the thickness of the insert wall.

With inserts the cut to cut measurement for the holes is slightly shorter than your actual span because the hole the insert goes into is bigger than what it would be if it was just a fingerhole without a insert.
When the insert is put into the hole, the wall thickness of the insert added to the shorter cut to cut measurement will then equal your actual span.
Also if you use inserts with either 1/8-1/4 built in forward pitch (Powerlifts) and go to no inserts, you have to add in the pitch.
