Having trouble getting around or rotation on the ball thinking about pitch change from 3/8 and 3/8 lateral to 1/8 and 5/8 use to be my pitches when I first started to bowl in the late 70's will this be helpful or not with my rotation problem since I like to stay behind the ball a lot.

Try watching video of you bowling from behind and see where in your swing this issue maybe occurring
