Green Turbo tape seems to work well for me. It sticks very well.

Vise Hada Patch red tape works awesome on the fingers. It is very flexible. When you put it on and stretch the tape it will not take up too much room in the finger hole either. It is the best I have used, and I have tried most of them.

Actually I use the blue bio skin tape and put it over lengthwise on my two fingers and use white walgreens tape and tape it widthwise below where i put my fingers in the ball.  That is what i used when i was already busted open, along with this crap that i was able to numb my finger with cause it hurt so bad.  Now to prevent it from busting open i use a new skin liquid bandage found at walgreens.  it's not the new skin everybody is used to this comes in a all blue box and is a liquid bandage which allows your fingers to be flexible.  Plus way cheaper than 16 bucks for a roll of bioskin tape.

I've been using Turbo brand tapes (F325 Green) and they adhere well. Haven't tried the Vise, but a pro shop friend likes it.

i used the blue bio skin for the first time last night and taped across the sides of my finger then over the nail under the finger tip  and all it does is fly of i need something that will stick for a long time to protect my fingers  the bio skin does feel good for the brief time i had it on and adds a little grip in the fingers
