Critique a friend - Videos

Here's a few videos of a friend throwing an Absolute Inferno.  It's his first year bowling, any comments on his form?  Suggestions for improvments?

It does not look like he is sliding. He needs to put some easy slide on his sliding foot or get new shoes. That is all that I can come up with.

He needs more knee bend. Bend in the approach all the way through his release. That will help him slid a bit more. Relax and free up the armswing. Also, when releasing the ball, he is rotating his hand. Almost like he is forcing the rotation on the ball. Just let the ball roll off of his hand and naturally come up the side.

Where's the hook?  Why waste all that money on a ball if you are just going to throw it straight?
