You can always try contacting them about the outage, but their terms and conditions are pretty clear that they are not liable for service interruptions.  Streaming media services can be sporadic sometimes and usually at the most inconvenient times.

Is it on youtube yet?

Think I saw it earlier today.

Watched the 12 games of match play with no service interruption.  Then with a short break they started the stepladder finals.
At the 2nd frame of game one the screen went blank and continued to buffer, buffer, buffer.
I finally got service restored at the 7th frame.
It was ok after that.  I sent an email to FloBowing telling them when I'm up for renewal I will not renew.  This is not the first time this has happened and I'm sure it won't be the last.
I had similar problems with XtraFrame.  FloBowling was suppose to be so much better.....NOT!

I absolutely love Flobowling and think that their subscription is worth far more than they are charging for. Access to match play is one of the most fun bowling I have encountered

I to used IE but the service was very poor.  When I contacted Flo Bowling they said I needed to use Chrome.  So the last couple of months using Chrome the service was better until the stepladder finals of the Gene Carter Open.  As previously stated I missed a 1/2 a game due to Flo Bowling.  They sent me a robot email stating someone would contact me,  No one ever did.
