X-Out Balls ?!

Some balls are described as X-OUT.

What does it mean ??
PIN to CG more than 4" ??

BTW - Recommended PIN and TOP Weight is ..... ??

x-out means blem. Blem can mean odd top/side/bottom weight, long pins, short pins, color blems. Most of the time, the best topweight is around 2-3 I believe because its easy to work with, and you can take out some if you need.
