open that. click on 2009-2010 standings. look at 4th place. thats me. keep in mind that i am one of only two bowlers that show up regularly that isnt in high school. another thing i should mention is that the top five is all 18 except for me. oh, and about half of these tournaments are on sport patterns including shark and pba national championship, the other half being on house shots.

People do rip on you harder than most. I hope you don''t take my position as that, I just think it''s important to develop talent. Good coaching will take all of what you do well and solidify them, but take the things you aren''t great at, and enhance them.

If i had your scores, i would be fairly happy. If i had your physical game, i would be VERY upset, your body bounces up & down, your head isnt steady, u jerk your swing around, u seem to throw the ball downward into your swing with your left hand, & on top of that, u dont want to get better.
Enjoy your bowling while ur young, your body will allow you to bowl this way until u are 25, 30 if u stay in decent shape.

Foolish, the whole point of a bench mark ball is to be in the middle of the gear you have, to tell you what the lanes are doing. My Bench Mark is a MoRich Hercules and I am slightly speed dominant also. A Hercules is way weaker than any modern bench mark ball on the market today.
quit trying to prove your good. No one cares until you do something at Nationals or State. Or other respected ADULT tourney tour.
League averages dont matter take them off your signature.
Who cares what you shoot in practice? posting what you shot for a high set in practice makes you look stupid take them down.
Posting the number of 3s you have shot doesnt matter and the fact that you had 4 of them in practice and only 2 in competition doesnt impress anyone. Example a friend of mine put up 5 300s in two weeks does that matter to you?? No it shouldnt your numbers dont matter to us.
Overall we are here to talk bowling, we dont care if you are good or bad you have equal right to talk about your game just like anyone else. if you avrage 180 you have the same voice as the guy averages 235.
Starting to sound like Kenny Skidmore with all of those numbers up their.

I suggested a coach as well as having some humility in your other thread and got some attitude from you. Nobody is trying to be harsh to you...just pointing out to you what we think will help you become a better bowler.
Coaches are easy to find. Being coachable is the hard part.

You can refine the search at bowl.com by using zip code instead of state.
Again...if you truly want to be good, if you really want respect, you will develop your style. If you just want to figjam about how good you are people will knock you.
I have plenty of awards scores including at The National Bowling Stadium in Reno. I don't even wear my rings.
Scores/averages are relative. A solid fundamental game will give you MORE scores, as well as instant respect when someone watches you bowl.

That IS pretty immature - my first year average was certainly down there (139), and I was a few years older. I agree that you should find a coach to develop your game further, because you have potential but you do need a little direction. As we all do.

Basically you bowled well but obviously your opponents bowled better 61% of the time. So if your average is 204 then you opponents must have been averaging at least 205 so you really aren't that good. High scores mean nothing when everybody can do it. learn how to beat an opponent then you might have something.

I'm a youth coach, and while you claim to have a 200 average at 14 years old (no actual proof since the bowl.com shows your highest at 198) is good. You should sit back and learn from this thread. Trying to prove you're a good bowler to many on a forum means squat! Stop worrying about trying to prove yourself to everyone, the ONLY one you should be trying to impress is yourself.
While you are only 14 and have a certified 198 average that's great but there are 3 bowlers who I coach that are in your youth bracket who can probably beat you week in and week out. You should put your potential to work and get yourself great not just good. It's obviously there.
Honestly, I think your just looking for attention for mediocre bowling. Close this thread, go work on your game, and come back when you're the youngest person to make the PBA Tour finals.

Kid, your forcing the ball and using what little muscle you have in that beanpole arm of yours to try to gain power.. Sad thing is, most women who do it relaxed have a faster ball speed than you trying to beanpole it down the lane
