Title: forward roll

how do oyu get your ball in a  forward roll when you are use to side roll ?
any help

do not cup your wrist. Make your fingers come straight up the back

Funny I had to use this release the other night on my friday league. I using this release very much because more often than not my ball would hit flat and leave a 10 pin. But it did the trick last night
