New ball help?
« on: January 21, 2018, 09:13:42 PM »
Looking to get something new, have all hand me downs bought off people. Trying to find that brand still.:..: Have pin down ring  Brunswick vintage danger zone and love the shape. Have a pin up ring DV8 thug unruly, love the flip. Motiv octane burn pin down ring, realiable and I like it......., Looking at a track black paradox, DV8 vandal strike, motiv forza gt, DV8 creed and a Columbia spoiler. Friends of mine mentioned the hammer black widow gold and hammer gauntlet fury. Bowl 2 leagues in 2 different houses and recently some tournaments. Any input would be much appreciated!!!!! Thanks a lot!!!!!!!

Love my Honey Badger but a sucker for 2 piece balls.  Katana looks bad ass as well but pricey.  Skid flip balls aren't always the best tournament pieces due to risk of over under except for later in block when you really need to get deep and need the angularity for carry.

The balls you are considering are kinda all over the place in strength and shape.  To be honest, you will get better help from your local trusted pro shop operator who can see you throw what you have and determine where you have a gap that needs to be filled.

If you don't have a trusted location, then perhaps this site can help, but you will need to provide a little bit more information to ensure you get what you need.

+1.  A good PSO is well worth the fees.
