i went down to columbia lanes in hamilton ohio today since my cousin lives out there. i asked at the desk if they would let me trade some of my balls for some stuff on the racks. they don't really have house balls they have old stuff like faballs, rhinos, zones, along with other assorted balls. anyway i took four balls up to the desk and the guy said i could have them, they are renovating and he said they might be getting newer house balls and he "invited" me to come back in a couple months and see if i wanted anything else before the dump the old stuff. anyway i came home with a columbia power swing, brunswick ultimate inferno, storm fear factor, and a burgundy hammer for a friend. aside from the burgundy, which one is the best. i am familiar with the fear factor (strong asym particle), and the inferno (top shelf reactive at the time), but don't know too much about the power swing.
P.S. anyone in the the area should check them out for old balls. there was another fear factor and ultimate inferno. and a hpd, hph, double agent, spike hpt, a couple rhinos, and zones.

The Spike... You want a ball that's illegal now but is grandfathered in, that's it. Particle ball with a diff over .070. Ball was sick!

I am interested in any rhinos you have. Perferrably Teal, T2, Black Rhino Pro 2 Piece and 3 Piece, and Purple Reactives.
Money or trades for current stuff. HMU

I have a Fear Factor. Love it. Cover is t as strong as it once was, but still a very nice ball.

Yo, Pete, I am interested in the Spike HPT and the Double Agent. Is it possible to check the weight on these bowling balls? If so, I am considering PMing you so we can do another trade.

HPH?

i will have to go back on the weekend. i only took 4 this time but i will post when i go back. also keep in mind these have been used as house balls so condition won't be great. if the ball looks like it went to vietnam i probably will leave it there. the other one i remember was a red zone if anyone likes that. i there was a columbia yellow dot that had 2 sets of finger holes. one was just ball and the other had grips. they were right above each other, there is some weird stuff out there. if anyone wants to send me a list of stuff to look for i can see what they have. also if anyone has a problem with a cracked bridge let me know cause quite a few had that. oh yeah there was also a morich rip'r that wasn't bad

The two closest holes were probably conventional and the others were fingertip. I had that done that on a conventionally drilled Black Beauty in my teens when I was going to buy a new ball and wanted to see how a fingertip grip worked for me. Of course, it was never used in competition. -- JohnP
