Mid 1990's....
« on: February 05, 2015, 04:57:42 PM »
I wasn't bowling in the mid 90's but I did watch some bowling on ABC sports. I remember the PBA commercials back then. "PUT UP or SHUT UP choose one" by brian voss, and the suite case one - was it E. anthony or dick weber? i forgot.

also, I enjoyed watching Danny wisemen and david ozio to name a few, guys wore wrist braces (not all of course), ran down like price is right during majors, bigger and louder crowds, a lot of bowlers had long slides, and prices money was much much more...

Those bowling ball commercials like the AMF white ball one that blew up the building and the cuda C, the barracuda one i'll always remember....I lived in the islands and spear fished a lot and swam near barracudas but never found pins under water lol
