Last night, I discovered my Forza SS has cracked(see attached pic) all the way around. Ironically, it actually made me laugh and not in anger. I was kinda glad it cracked as this ball has rolled like a semi-soft turd no matter what surface I put on it.
Why am I glad? Because it's still under warranty and I will get it replaced with something I can actually use. ;D
This is only the second Motiv ball I have had crack(not counting the early logo separation issues), the other one being an Octane Carbon.

I figured you'd be happy it cracked as it would give you reason to drill one of the many gems you've been HOARDING! :P :P :P

But then he'd have to replace the drilled gem with another one 😂😂
There have been some times I wish a ball would have cracked

Drill one of the gems? Now that's getting pretty darn close to blasphemy! ;D

I had a Primal Rage that suffered logo separation. I didn't like the drill pattern I had on it (over/under nightmare), so I was happy to take a replacement under warranty.
Even with a different drill, the replacement didn't fix the reaction. I just didn't match up well to that ball.

When took long layoff from bowling was so glad that it was my Storm Shift which was always a giant rollout turd that cracked in storage and not my Rampage. Loved ripping on that ball but recently found with Visionary Raven I picked up its more just particle balls don't match up with me for crap.

No. The good ones are the ones that crack for me. *I* haven't had anything crack since the Justice series (Justice solid was so good) and I had the fingers plugged and hadn't drilled it again, left it sit for like 6 months. Guess I deserved that.

That's usually the case for me. I had two Virtual Energies crack and man did I ever love that ball. One of them crack all the way around, but the other one cracked from the ring finger to almost my PAP. Using my drill, I put a hole though the cover at the end of the crack to try and stop it from going any further.
The next day I took it to the Pro Shop to see if my guy could "fix" it. He laughed and said it would be an interesting project to play with. It took about 3 weeks total but he hogged out the crack a bit and then filled in the area and resurfaced the ball. I used that ball for probably three years with the repair until it finally cracked all the way around in a different spot.

I had a Hammer Scandal that cracked. What a turd that ball was. Hammer replaced it, and I traded the replacement into my PSO for an IQ Tour Solid. I proceeded to shoot 3 800s in about 5 weeks with the IQ. Needless to say, I was very thrilled about that crack.

Opposite experience ; My original Cell cracked on me years back, and since the Virtual series was so popular, I went against my better judgement and purchased the Virtual Energy.
Worst mistake I made, ball NEVER moved no matter what I did to it in any way; Not a crack that benefited me at all.

Definitely, buddy sold me his Alpha Crux cheap, it cracked at on my PSO's table waiting to get plugged. Got brand new Sure Lock with the credit so for $100 total. That deal worked out great!

Have helped a ball crack before, because it was so bad.lol

I had a IQ tour crack 6 months after I got it. Was replaced with a new one and it cracked 3 months later. Forget sending it back so I can waste another 40 bucks to have it drilled. Probably the last storm ball I'll ever buy.

I would spend $40 every 6 months for a brand new ball drilled up if the ball works well for me. I would spend that in long term care of de-oiling and resurfacing after that amount of time anyways.

Funny enough, that thought crossed my mind a few times.

"Sure, I can slam you into the concrete bridge down, and nothing happens, but I throw a ball I like... DELETED!"
