R.I.P.

------------------------------------------------
A bizarre incident occurred in the outskirts of an American suburb.....It was later revealed that the terrible disaster had been caused by the T-Virus.....a mutagentic toxin created by international enterprise Umbrella Incorporated for use in bio-weapon experiments.

I lived in South Miami in the late 70's and early 80's. I also worked at Kendall Lanes. Not only met Don but bowled in league he bowled in. He actually out averaged me in one league 217.23 to 217.56. My first ever sanctioned 300 was against his son Jimmy. And I bowled in the Thursday night scratch leaague... 4 bowlers 4 games with Paula his wife a couple years (one in particular she was attempting to set the national women high average). I dated one of his Grand Daughters a few times. I talked with Don many times... even about the Budwiesers 3858 in 1959 (the year before I was born I believe).

My first thoughts about Don is "Class". I wish I had as much as he did. "Friendly".. he would talk to anyone who approached him. "Charity"... he would always give to others in need. The bowling world lost a great champion... the world lost a great person.
