Title: How much is this site worth?

Had a few ideas for a full revamp and was looking to make a realistic offer on Ballreviews.com. Most domain sites I look at appraise the domain value at $25-30k.

If anyone can point me to who's still in charge here, LMK.

It's been owned by Bowling.com for years as far as I know.
