I drag my toe. Boo hoo! What are your recommendations?
-
I would recommend a new pair of shoes, unless you can find a place to sell you only one...
Some would suggest Shoe Goo, but I'm not sure if it would repair something that large for very long.
-
I've tried repairing same condition with no luck. Shoe Goo would hold for a few frames only. I would agree with buying new ones.

Is that the Gator Clap lol

It is! I had just been complaining about my shoes and how I always had trouble tieing them tight enough. I guess the shoes decided to say F U to me.
-
If you bowl a lot, my suggestion would be don't buy cheap bowling shoes. You don't have to get top of the line like SST 8's, but if buying Dexter, at least something in the SST line, or similar in the Brunswick, Storm, 900 Global brands.
But if you only bowl one league a week and very few tournaments, get the cheap ones. :D

Agree with Milo. I have Dexter SST 1s which are good shoes that will not break the bank. I have a lot of games on those shoes, and they are still in good shape.

Here is a pic of my shoes I just replaced

Yep, high quality shoes will solve that. Have had my dynarooz for 7 years now and they look new. I stilll have a 20 year old pair of Linds Classics that could still be used.
-
I still use Linds Classics because I got tired of buying Dexters every year or two. I found a great insole that makes mine every bit as comfortable, and they last FOREVER.
On my Dexters I rarely changed the heel or sole, so for me it was overkill. Too each their own, though.

8 years ago or so, I broke my Turbos. Well the right shoe only. I took an old tennis shoe and had the shoe guy put a new rubber sole $5. Save me some money before I could buy all those SST's I know own. I love shoes, but I'm no Imelda....
