whats the first ball to be thrown?

when you go to bowl in league what is the first ball that your will throw, with the exception of a spareball at the 10 or 7 or anything like that?

Whatever benchmark ball I bring with me that night.  I have about 20 of 'em!  Though I think my ball ho days are about to be over.

Our college team bowls in a sport league each season, so it really depends on what shot we're practicing on that week.

Whatever ball we pull out is 900 Global though!

my attitude shift is normally a good ball to start out with as it gives me the most predictable ball reaction

My Columbia White Dot.Gives me the best chance to gauge the lanes over any other ball.Throwing
plastic helps me get a clean release during practice.Also ,I usually throw around three full frames
for 7 and 10 pins.
