around here... straight up, we have a lot of strokers around and about 90% of everyone who throws a hook (at the brunswick house) plays straight, which out of 15 is a little drier, so I have no idea why they play there, but it works for them. I, at that house, cant play straight unless using plastic, I can get the ball to the pocket fine, but it burns up half the way down the lane, and is dead at the pins. I like to play around 30 there, and swing it out to 5 at the break.

Very tough.  Especially when long thin oil is applied.

Our AMF centers are SO much better if high scoring is your goal!

Now I say this and say latest Brunswick lanes brought in seemed slightly slower than older ones and therefore more oil needed to be put down at that slower surface center.

As a result that one has a nice shot also!

Our Brunswick house has played absolutely TERRIBLE lately.  It's an overly tight shot to begin with, and add in the fact that there is a "recreation league" right before us (basically plastic balls sprayed everywhere, not one person throws reactive/particle in that league) and it makes that shot borderline unplayable.
