I was in league play on Sunday for the second week. I averaged 206 for the first week and was excited to maintain that going forward. First game, I shoot a 230. I open in the 6th and 7th by missing an 8 pin and 10 pin in game 2 and can't put the misses behind me. End up shooting a 180 in game 2. I opened in the 1st of game 3 and shoot a 150. All I kept thinking was, "How in the hell can you miss that?" Although anyone can miss shots, those that can recover from it and move on win out. A buddy of mine that I consistently beat up on is as hot headed as I am but he goes on to shoot his best series ever. Why? Because he was too busy laughing at me and not worrying about his shot so much.

I know how you feel man Im the same way. That plus I crack under pressure. When I have a string going, I get this feeling almost like your at the top of a roller coaster about to drop. That adrenaline rush, it makes me speed the ball up and miss my target. Still cant figure out how to not do that.
