ring finger, it helps me to get less rotation and since I have low tilt I need the ball to push down the lane.

just like phoneman, all you need to do is look at my fingers. i dont use grips and you can tell how much more friction and pressure occurs on that finger.

I really don't know. Going by callouses it would be my ring finger (callous on the tip of ring finger, nothing on middle finger).

This is probably a stupid question but if you wanted to become more middle finger dominant, is that done by the way you drill the ball?

Ahh, not a stupid question at all.  I had both fingers pitched (middle more than ring) and really feel the middle moreso than ring upon release.  So, I would believe your question is valid unless stated otherwise.

FBM,

When you say you had both finger pitched to feel the middle more, does that mean the actual pitch in the holes or making the span so the ringer finger is the same span or a little less to the thumb than the middle?

Well for me my ring finger is ever so slightly more dominant. Used to be extreme middle finger dominant as I used to have bruising and sometime's blister's develop if I bowled 6+ game's. In the last 5-6 year's I've been learning how to dump rev's which caused my ball to go from low track to a less rev release (more up the back of the ball) which brought my track on the ball to ever so slightly clip the middle finger and thumb hole's.

had span adjusted (fingers plugged) to accommodate 1/4" pitch in middle finger. Ring was made 0.  BTW, I use the oval side of the inserts.  Pitch in holes as well as span adjusted (hope that answers the question )

I have a very-very slight domination of middle finger.

If you want the MF to be more dominant, you need more reverse pitch in RF than MF and vice versa if you want the RF to be more dominant....For example for MF to be dominant, you might have "for example only", 0 F/R or even 1/8 forward on MF and 1/8 or 1/4 reverse on RF....Reverse this if you want the RF to be dominant....You can also accomplish the MF to be dominant by reducing the RF span.....
