what reactive ball

hey what is the best reactive ball for med to heavey semicarrydown lanes for a tweener with medium speed (seriously i dont know anymore than that, its for a friend). it doesnt matter what company, but please no real expensive balls    (ie. lane 1)

some people use the Arsenal Reactive on med/hvy shots. lay it out aggressive and maybe a surface adjustment.
