Title: KR Lane Rover
Post by: dave393 on May 11, 2003, 11:01:06 PM
Hey all,

I'm thinking about buying a KR 4 ball lane rover. For people that have one, how do you like it and how much storage does it  have? I'm really concerned about shoe storage because I have a pair of 11 1/2 Dexter SST 6's that don't fit in my current bag. Thanks.

David

I have last years KR strikeforce 4 ball and the storage is unbelievable. My SST v's fit no problem. They are a 9.5. Plenty of room to spare. There are soo many storage compartments too, I have a hard time filling them all. A lane rover is bigger and that means more storage!!

Here's a link to a previous message thread, where I gave a complete review of mine. Keep reading - the overall height of the handle is a few more messages down.

Thanks Rock and Mumzie, that was a really good review of the KR. I went ahead and purchased the KR from blockbuster. Can't beat the price.

Now that I've had mine for a while, I'll give you a tip - this is something I'm going to do real soon -
There are so many zippers and compartments on this bag - particularly on the top bag - shoe compartment, towel compartment, and ball compartment - and I'm constantly unzipping the wrong one. I'm going to put different colored pulls on each zipper, so that I have a fighting chance of getting the right one the first time.
