Ball suggestions

I've been lurking on this forum for a while.  I am looking to buy a second ball, something in the direction of starting a three ball arsenal.  I currently have a Track Paradox Pearl.

I typically bowl on THS, speed around 16 mph.  I do not know my Rev Rate. R handed, and with the Paradox Pearl, my mark in the 12 board.

I am looking for suggestions in both directions, a step up in and a step down. 

I will be talking with my PSO in a couple of days and am open to any brands.

heard a lot of good about crux prime so that might be a good step up. and as for a step down, a smaller step would be any mid level ball and if you really want a step down for drier lanes, an entry level ball

Good step down would be Hustle INK,or after dark solid or pearl

Thank you for the suggestions.  Please keep them coming.  I have been looking at the Hustle Ink as a step down.
