MY BANK CRACKED

While getting my fingers plugged and fixed, my Bank cracked from my thumb all the way around the ball and ended at my weight hole. Ive had the ball less than a year, is there anything i can do?

Over a year is beyond warranty for most brands.
 
One, don't touch it or use it, until someone looks at it, for purposes of warranty.
Two, I'd first contact the place from which you bought it.
Three, If you don't get satisfaction from them, contact 900 Global directly.

Dont quote me on this but I believe plugging a ball voids all warranty on the ball.

That ball is not under any type of warranty once you plug it..

My first child.. Hannah Allison Kiser 4 years old and my little angel!!

Nothing hits like a Hammer!!!!

I also like AMF/900 Global..

Unfortunately this is true. Plugging a ball voids any and all warranties offered by the manufacturer.

PERHAPS.

 

1. Do you still have the receipt?

2. If not, can you prove you've owned it less than a year?

3. Even though it cracked away from the area being plugged, the plug does void the warranty.

4. SOMETIMES, they will cover them anyway.

 

 Like charlest said, go through the person you bought it from first and give them the chance to make it right for you. If they can't, then go up the ladder and see what happens.

I understand that once a ball is plugged, no warranty. Ill let eric at 900global determine what will happen. thanks guys

If you really like it get online or go to the shop and buy another one. Price should be much cheaper. If you have slugs and inserts in your ball eventually they are likely to crack. Indoors, outdoors doesn't matter. Crack happens.
